BDA provides project planning and controls services to optimise project and cost schedules and ensure projects are delivered within agreed time and cost parameters. We work with Australian and international Defence & Aerospace organisations to deliver a wide range of projects in Australia and abroad.

We also provide guidance, training and mentoring in scheduling, cost controlling and earned value management to companies operating in the Defence & Aerospace industries.
